Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 1, 2025

Welcome to Biometrics Intelligence Hub (hereinafter referred to as “the Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for an account, accessing, or using the Hub’s services, analytics, insights, or content in any manner, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Biometrics Intelligence Hub. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Hub or any related services.

Eligibility & Accounts

To use the Hub, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your email and password. You must not share your account access or credentials with any other person or entity. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we detect any activity that compromises security, violates these Terms, or constitutes unauthorized sharing or access.

Subscriptions & Payments

Access to the Hub and its core features is free of charge for relying parties, investors, analysts, and other users who wish to browse, view, or interact with publicly available insights and analytics.

However, subscription plans apply exclusively to biometric algorithm vendors (“Vendors”) who choose to participate on the platform to list, showcase, or promote their algorithms and related solutions. Paid vendor subscriptions may include benefits such as enhanced visibility, featured placement, expanded analytics exposure, and engagement opportunities with prospective customers and partners.

All subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms for Vendors are clearly displayed at the time of checkout or in the applicable vendor agreement. Vendor subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, Vendors authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to their selected payment method at the beginning of each renewal term.

All payments are securely processed through Wix. We do not collect, access, or store credit card, bank account, or other payment information directly. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their payment information remains accurate and current to avoid interruptions in service.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or features with reasonable notice to Vendors. Any such changes will take effect upon the next renewal period.

Permitted Use

The Hub is provided for informational and internal business purposes only. You may use the insights, analytics, data visualizations, and content available on the platform solely for your organization’s internal decision-making.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or otherwise commercially exploit any Hub content without prior written permission. Automated scraping, data mining, reverse engineering, or other unauthorized data extraction activities are strictly prohibited.

Any use of the Hub in violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Hub—including but not limited to content, data visualizations, graphs, reports, dashboards, analytics, software, code, designs, trademarks, and branding—are the exclusive property of Biometrics Intelligence Hub or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Hub for your organization’s internal purposes. This license does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative work based on Hub content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action to protect our rights.

Third-Party Data Disclaimer

The Hub curates, analyzes, and presents data sourced from third-party organizations such as NIST, DHS, and other publicly available reports. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that this data is accurately represented and used responsibly, the Hub cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data.

We do not warrant that the insights derived from third-party data will be free from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All information provided through the Hub is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making business, technical, or operational decisions.

By using the Hub, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from your reliance on Hub data or insights. You further waive any right to bring legal claims or damages related to the accuracy or use of this data.

Use of NIST Public Data

Some of the data presented through the Hub is derived from reports, benchmarks, and publicly released evaluations by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (“NIST”). NIST data is released as a U.S. Government work and is not subject to copyright under 17 U.S.C. § 105, allowing the public to print, publish, prepare derivative works, and distribute it royalty-free.

  • We acknowledge NIST as the source of the original data. You agree not to assert any ownership rights in the underlying NIST data.

  • The NIST data is provided “as is.” Neither NIST nor the Hub provides any warranty or guarantee regarding its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

  • Our use of NIST data does not imply endorsement by NIST. You agree that neither NIST nor the Hub is liable for any decisions, interpretations, or actions you take based on this data.

  • If you wish to reproduce or distribute NIST data independently, you must comply with NIST’s attribution and reuse guidelines, including proper citation.

You agree to hold us harmless for any use you make of NIST data, including any reliance or interpretation of that data.

No Biometric Data

The Hub does not collect, process, or store biometric data or biometric identifiers of any individuals. Our platform focuses exclusively on analyzing third-party performance data, industry insights, and publicly available evaluation metrics—not personally identifiable biometric information.

This commitment ensures compliance with applicable privacy regulations and reinforces the Hub’s dedication to protecting personal privacy.

Disclaimers

The Hub is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or that the platform will meet your expectations or requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

(No Liability)

By agreeing to these Terms, you expressly acknowledge and agree that Biometrics Intelligence Hub shall have no liability whatsoever to you or to any third party arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Hub.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to seek damages, compensation, or other remedies of any kind—whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise—against the Hub, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, or partners.

This includes, without limitation, any liability for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;

  • Decisions made or actions taken based on information obtained through the Hub;

  • Service interruptions, delays, inaccuracies, or errors in the platform’s operation or content.

The Hub is an informational platform only. All content is provided without any guarantee or warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow complete exclusion of liability; in such cases, this disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in unlawful or abusive activity, or endangered the integrity or security of the Hub.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Hub will immediately cease. Any outstanding fees or obligations (for Vendors) will remain due and payable. You may also terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription (if applicable) or contacting us directly.

Governing Law, Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Hub shall be exclusively resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada. A mutually agreed arbitrator will conduct the arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions or consolidated proceedings. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity only.

Changes to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any updates will be posted on our website or communicated through the Hub.

By continuing to use the Hub after such updates become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Hub and cancel your subscription (if applicable).

Refund Policy

The Hub’s core features are provided free of charge to relying parties, investors, analysts, and other non-vendor users. As such, this Refund Policy applies only to biometric algorithm vendors (“Vendors”) who purchase subscription plans to list, promote, or feature their algorithms and related offerings on the platform.

New Vendor subscribers are eligible for a 30-day free trial period during which they may cancel their subscription without incurring any charges. A full refund will be provided only if cancellation occurs within this trial period.

After the trial period, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees paid in advance. We do not issue prorated refunds for cancellations made mid-cycle. Vendor subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to the renewal date. It is the Vendor’s responsibility to manage their subscription settings and cancel in advance to avoid renewal charges.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with these terms, including but not limited to refund requests made after the free trial period or after a renewal charge has been processed.
